chef required for traditional village pub with letting rooms, pub classics style menu with sunday roasts and chefs specilas.

live in is povided, nice room with ensuite. kitchen is galley style, bit dated but efficient. good front of house team, support given with kps pot washers. candiate must be experienced and able to work closley with the owner operater to manage the kitchen side of the business and work in with other departments and staff members.

a couple would be considered, this is a opportunity to live and work in a beautiful part of dorset 20 miles from the south coast.

the position would be 5 days per week, lunch and dinner.
