essential job duties:

develops a nursing care plan with specific goals and interventions, individualizing nursing actions to meet patients' needs.

assists patients to regain health and reduce episodes of mental illness through patient care

provides structure and maintains a therapeutic environment in collaboration with the patient and other health care providers.

works cooperatively as a member of the multi-disciplinary.

works as a team player and within a family atmosphere with patients and other staff

job requirements:

graduate of an accredited school of nursing

hold an active registered nurse license in the state of pa

able to remain on feet throughout the scheduled shift
