adecco is hiring immediately for a corporate recruiter with a local client in dublin, ca. the corporate recruiter will perform essential duties with pay starting at $50.00/hour, plus available overtime. in this role, you will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting and execution of searches for positions with the client’s corporate office, with guidance from the senior management of talent acquisition.
key responsibilities:
conduct research and sourcing to actively recruit candidates as necessary
screen resumes for each open position
conduct phone screen interviews and in-person interviews with candidates to determine appropriate fit
manage research and search strategy development for each open position
manage candidates through the company search process, ensuring that necessary paperwork is filled out completely
manage communication with hiring managers through the search process on candidate flow and status of candidates through the search
conduct reference checking for final candidates; prepare reference reports
maintain the recruitment/staffing database throughout the process
conduct additional research projects to support company’s recruitment strategy as necessary
requirements:
bachelor’s degree required
minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience
strong verbal and written communication skills
ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines
ability to analyze data
ability to conduct interviews and reference checks and work effectively with hiring managers and candidates
ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office atmosphere
excellent attention to detail and decision-making skills
