we're looking for a compliance manager who is a positive and proactive team-player with a passion for quality & compliance as well as an in-depth understanding of continuous improvement and h&s.

in this role, you'll be focussing on developing and maintaining the quality management system to the brc packaging standard. the role will also involve some h&s projects and a hands-on approach to quality and continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

you'll be able to use your creativity and innovation along with your previous experience to deliver solutions to complex challenges and to maximise opportunities that will help drive the business forwards whilst all the while being an expert in change management.

essential skills

this compliance manager role involves a vast amount of change and so experience in change management is essential for your success. we also think a healthy dose of resilience and assertiveness wouldn't go a miss!

the responsibility for the quality and business management systems across the site means you'll need to have fantastic attention to detail and be able to work alongside and inspire people at all levels of the organisation.

we'd love you to have experience of achieving and sustaining quality standards as this will be a critical part of your responsibilities once you've joined us!

the ability to lead and motivate teams will also put you in good stead for this role.

experience operating at a senior management level in a manufacturing organisation so you can hit the ground running.

desirable skills

knowledge/qualifications in h.a.r.m and internal auditing would be very beneficial as well, as would knowledge of lean manufacturing tools and techniques.
