Tender executive - united kingdom, coalville, leicestershire

antalis packaging are looking for a motivated and skilled tender executive to join & help build our commercial team by support securing contracts with new blue-chip customers and deliver our ambitious growth plans.

reporting to the commercial manager, the role will be working closely with the business development team supporting the setting up of new contracts from the initial tender/enquiry through to implementation. you will be a key point of contact throughout the process, linking all of our departments to the customer and ensuring an exceptional service whilst maximising the value and benefits to us as the supplier.

to enjoy the variety of the role, you will need to be commercially focused, ensuring tenders and pricing are accurately put together, analytical in identifying problematic contracts and supply corrective actions, and tenacious in regularly dealing with suppliers to ensure we are sourcing effectively. this is an opportunity to work as part of the wider team in securing long term relationships with blue chip and multi-national customers in pursuit of our ambitious growth plans.

key responsibilities:

manage new contract set up from tender/enquiry to account set uphandover of new customer contracts to customer serviceaudit existing problematic contracts, supplying list of actions for customer service to implementsupport all new business projectsensure compliance with process at all times and review those processes where necessarycomplete rfq for tenders within a timely mannercomplete tender documents with pricing, negotiating with supplierssupport business development with enquiriessourcing products to enable savingsstock management for business developmentwe welcome applications from candidates with any of the following skills or attributes: tenders, tender management, tender submission, tender writing, tender preparation, tender support, pricing, commercial, supplier management, competitor analysis, rfq, negotiation, new business, contract management, bid management
