Chef de partie - united kingdom, south croydon, london

the role is made up of many varying responsibilities including: preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes, following the specs required. assisting the head chef in the day to day running's of the kitchen. ensuring kitchen due diligence is adhered to.

the role will be 30-35 hours a week, 12 hour shifts. weekends are non negotiable unless booked in advance.

minimum 3 years kitchen experience required.
