adecco creative & marketing is recruiting an instructional designer for a fully remote temporary opportunity with a multi-billion dollar financial and real estate services company that values and believes in its employees with a commitment to always put them first.

 

the instructional designer will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing engaging and interactive learning solutions. this role will primarily focus on scripting, storyboarding, and producing self-paced elearning courses and videos.

 

responsibilities

  • build commercial quality learning content using industry-accepted instructional design processes (addie, arcs, bloom's, etc.)
  • ability to create original graphics/artwork using adobe creative suite
  • determine the most appropriate and effective learning methods for the audience
  • work with subject matter experts, stakeholders, business sponsors, and students to ensure learning objectives are met
  • present complex information using instructional effective methods
  • create knowledge checks throughout e-learnings to reinforce the learning objectives
  • follow project timelines and effectively complete deliverables on time
  • work independently with supervisory consultation
  •  

    requirements:

  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience designing training for adult audiences in a professional environment
  • proficient in graphic/user interface/interactive design
  • strong knowledge of multiple applications such as:
  • adobe creative suite (aftereffects, illustrator, indesign, bridge, premiere, photoshop, etc.)
  • articulate 360 (storyline 360, rise, studio 360, replay, etc.)
  • snagit 2018 or greater
  • camtasia 2018 or greater
  • audacity or other audio-editing software
  • microsoft office applications
  • online graphic design applications, such as venngage, canva, etc.
  • html, actionscript or application/gaming design a plus
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • self-motivated; self-starter
