Production supervisor - united states, el paso

adecco has partnered with leading global manufacturer to find a production supervisor to lead their 3rd shift team in el paso, tx. 

as the production supervisor your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

provide leadership & support to third shift employees, including machine operators, maintenance technicians, production leads, and others.

lead production activities, organize workflow to meet production-planning goals.

ensure employees are adhering to company policies and safe work practices.

maintain good manufacturing practices and apply strategies for 5s, lean environment.  

assure that all processes & equipment are operational and meeting organizational standards.

train and coach employees, oversee productivity and provide guidance as needed.

qualifications:

3-7 years direct supervision experience in a manufacturing environment.

postsecondary degree in business or manufacturing-related field preferred.
