do you have experience as a machine operator? looking for a first shift position? look no further, we are hiring for machine operators at one of our well-known customers in the asheville, nc area. this position starts out at $17.43 per hour.
duties
-operate machinery.
-shake out and stack parts as needed.
- maintains order discipline.
-ensure quality parts are made and delivered to production lines.
-reads and interprets specifications & drawings along with visual inspection of assembly for quality standards.
-uses a wide range of small hand tools (hammer, wrenches, pliers, screwdrivers, sockets, allen wrenches, etc.)
qualifications
-hs diploma or ged
-able to lift to 35 lbs.
-ability to read and differentiate part numbers, labels, and work instructions.
- 3 to 6 months manufacturing experience preferred.
