hi there!

we are a quick-service, chef-driven burger concept that has been operating in london since 2015. a merging of classic french cuisine and modern street food. we care about the quality of our food, the quality of our products, and the quality of the experience we give.

as a french burger restaurant, we'll offer our best selection of french bites, including our flagship beef bourguignon burger and our homemade double-cooked fries.

we are hiring several team members to join our business. as a team member, you'll make it happen, whether you're preparing food, serving on the till, or looking after our customers' needs. being a team member means being part of a team, helping each other, and making sure you always keep a smile on your face, no matter what the challenges can be.

below are our requirements and what we offer to our team members:

•proven cooking experience

•knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures

•accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks

•flexibility on schedules (opening and closing shifts, weekdays and weekends)

•good communication skills

•patient with an ability to stay positive under pressure

•very good physical condition and endurance

•haccp level 2 and food safety & hygiene certificate level 2 required (if not, the company is happy to reimburse the costs once obtained)

what we offer

•you’ll start on £11 per hour gross

•we offer contracted hours (full-time and part-time contracts, but no zero-hours contracts!)

•30 min daily paid break

•28 days paid holiday (pro-rata if you're part-time)

•an extra day of paid holiday for your birthday

•free burger and fries when on shift
