adecco is currently assisting one of our clients in riverside, looking for customer service coordinator for a manufacturing company.   if you feel you qualify, please apply.

responsibilities for this customer service coordinator position include, but are not limited to:

receives purchase orders for repairs and processes them into current operating system

provides accurate and timely information to the customer, distributor personnel and internal personnel.

using the current operating system to track controller inventory and service repair status to answer inquiries for each unit that comes in or goes out of the department.

analyses data, prepares records to complete invoicing processes.

prepares and ships out orders using ups machine.

 

to be considered for this customer service coordinator position, you should:

must have two years customer service experience in an office environment

ability to communicate in a professional manner with clients and team

must be comfortable working in a warehouse

must be pc literate including microsoft suite

must be able to work m-f 6:30 am – 3:00 pm
