the role

little beehive nursery are looking for a nursery cook to join our team, within the role you will work directly with the nursery manager to provide freshly prepared nutritional meals for the children in our care.

in the role you will:

prepare homemade food for our lunch-time serving
support with the preparation of am and pm snacks
have a genuine interest in children’s nutritional needs
have an awareness of setting the table and food matters guidelines
ensure your kitchen is a clean and safe environment
keep the relevant cooksafe documentation up to date
plan and order the weekly food requirements
support and develop or existing menu systems
be willing to undertake rehis elementary food hygiene
drive your own self development and continuous improvement.

who we are looking for

you must have;

rehiss elementary food hygiene or be willing to undertake this
experience working in a professional cooks capacity will be an advantage
