Pub operator(s) required for high volume site - united kingdom, swadlincote, derbyshire
we are looking for an experienced, professional and positive pub manager/couple to drive a busy and high volume site forward. the site has recently undergone a 200k refurbishment and comes complete with trade kitchen, large outdoor trade area with brand new decking and stretch tent and childrens play equipment.
we are looking for operator(s) who know the ins and outs of the pub industry and who will go above and beyond for customer satisfaction – someone who is confident in smashing targets and who is happy to work with us and our full support package to ensure a happy, successful pub, gaining strength over time, driving sales forward and maximising key dates.
the pub is a friendly, community based and traditional with a small, well formed menu which is already set up for just eat/deliveroo and ubereats in its local area.
