kossoffs bakery is a new independent bakery in the heart of kentish town, producing high quality sourdough bread and viennoiserie.
we are recruiting for a pastry chef/baker to join the team on a permanent full-time basis and to start immediately.
what we are looking for:
knowledge and experience of lamination and pastry is advantageous but not essential.
someone with experience working in a commercial bakery setting, or at the very least a professional kitchen.
a hard-worker with a good attitude and a willingness to learn.
