assembly/packing: ensure raw material supply to the machines assemble and pack goods in accordance with instruction manual proactively inform line supervisor in case of bill of material errors, incorrect cycle times, work order discrepancies assembly by hand using basic hand tools such as, assembly mounts, torque wrenches, and electric screwdrivers according to instructions (production order, assembly instructions and drawings if necessary) final visual inspection of products e.g. sealing, marking, completeness according to instructions and production order confirm orders in ordering system operation of simple means of transport, e.g. trolleys, box lifting devices, floor conveyors operation of manual and electric pallet jack vehicles repair defective parts according to specified failure matrix minimize downtime at machines
