an exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-driven domiciliary care manager at our kirkintilloch office. this is due to manager receiving promotion. this is a full time, permanent position offering a competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.

the successful applicant will be responsible for the running of the kirkintilloch office.
applicants must have the appropriate nvq qualification or be working towards it and they must already have experience of managing this area of social care.

· selection and retention of staff
· rotas
· training
· supervision and appraisal
· support plans, risk assessment, review
· cqc compliance
· business development
