outstanding print & managed services organisation seeks to service & leverage a truly impressive array of enhanced corporate client relationships by appointing an impressive and engaging account manager.

the print & digital account manager will ensure client requirements are met in a professional, timely and consistent manner, taking ownership of all day-to-day operational issues and managing client requirements from initial enquiry through to delivery, liaising with suppliers and colleagues where necessary.

the role is heavily client focused and you will be involved in the ongoing development of relationships, the long-term marketing strategies for your clients, as well as sourcing and negotiating with suppliers, ensuring all jobs are delivered accurately and on time.

main duties and responsibilities

* provide a proactive service to clients and liaise with suppliers to ensure products/services are delivered on time, to agreed prices and to an acceptable standard.

* discuss project requirements with clients, advise appropriate products and services, obtain costings, prepare quotes and place job with most appropriate supplier or in house team.

* project manage the complete end to end production process, keeping client and relevant team members informed of progress.

* undertake post-project debriefing to collate campaign feedback to improve on future projects and maximise opportunities.

* checking briefs and design proofs with a keen eye to ensure a high level of accuracy.

* implement new client accounts to ensure service standards are mutually agreed upon and will be consistently met.

* identify, appraise and investigate sales opportunities during liaisons with existing clients, keeping the client services manager informed.

* set up digital campaigns for clients using google ads, facebook and the client's email marketing platform.

qualifications

* good standard of education to include gcse maths and english at grade c or above (or equivalent), along with relevant training/qualifications in client support and management.

* training/qualifications in digital marketing (e.g. google academy) preferable.

experience

* 3+ years' experience in the printing and/or print management industry with particular emphasis in the areas of direct mail, door drops and pos.

* microsoft office package (including word, excel and outlook).

* direct client support.

* a working knowledge of digital marketing (google, facebook, email platforms) - desired

* working with a design studio or freelancer - desired
