small architects firm looking for a remote working architectural technician to work on building control packages for residential projects. preferably revit proficient but autocad also possible. we are based in derbyshire but the position would largely be remote and flexible working on a project by project basis - for either an hourly rate or fixed fee per project. must be uk based and have strong knowledge of uk building regulation drawings. cv and example of building regulation drawings for residential projects must be provided.
