Seasonal bakery counter assistant - united kingdom, isle of islay, argyll and bute
we are looking for a hardworking, experienced food retail assistant for our very busy bakery situated in the gorgeous location, bowmore on the isle of islay.
this is the first bakery the island has had in over 10 years and is very popular with locals and tourists alike,
working hours are from 8am-4pm monday to friday and an optional saturday shift 10am to 2pm. we are looking for someone to join our fun and friendly team to support through the upcoming busy season.
the main duties include:
*stock handling, a good knowledge of food safety would be beneficial but not essential, as we serve hot and cold options.
*cash handling duties, closing down and change runs
*health and safety procedure standards with high levels of cleanliness essential
*time management and can work at pace
*key holder
*friendly banter would be very much welcomed here!
