**job summary**

charles river laboratories edinburgh, a leading contract research organisation with a specialism in safety assessment, are now looking for a dynamic problem solver to take on a critical role providing logistical oversight and support for studies and programmes of work.

as the *project liaison* you will work closely with all stakeholders, including client managers, to understand all aspects required for a particular study or package, and identify and monitor key milestones or deliverables in order to keep everything aligned.

working in close partnership with study management, study directors you will be pivotal to the success of client studies by utilising your exceptional influencing and communication skills and by proactively resolving conflicts or changes in the schedule whilst ensuring everyone is kept up to date.

highly organized with exemplary attention to detail you will demonstrate both drive and initiative, ensuring you fully represent the team in cross divisional meetings, and effectively communicate with other parties or sponsor as required.

this is a business critical role requiring a robust personality, who thrives in a busy multifaceted environment with the ability to be both assertive and diplomatic in order to achieve project deadlines and deliver results.
