our client is one of the largest privately-owned independent otc and pharmaceutical manufacturers in the uk and exports worldwide. they continually grow their business every year in the uk and international markets by innovation and acquisition.

they now have an exciting opportunity as a regional business manager to focus on delivering sales and adding value to their well-known dermatology range across primary and secondary care.

the role involves looking after a team of multi-disciplined specialists and would suit someone with proven leadership, coaching, and counselling skills from within the uk pharmaceutical industry.

in addition, you should have:

* the ability to communicate clear expectations and objectives and with demonstrable and credible sales success

* experience of managing budgets, performance management and fostering highly effective teamwork

* demonstrable knowledge and experience of sales management in the pharmaceutical sector - either primary or secondary, in direct or hybrid roles

* demonstrable ability to produce positive engagement with external customers via either face-to-

* face, telephone, digital engagement, or email communication

* demonstrable experience in preparing and executing a region business plan

* ability to use omnichannel technologies to engage with external customers

dermatology experience would be useful but is not essential.
