Dispatcher - united states, woonsocket

if you’re looking for a great job opportunity as a dispatcher, then look no further! adecco has 3 fully remote, 3rd shift positions!

in this role, dispatchers answer calls from retails stores regarding emergency situations such as fire, theft, power outages, accidents or injuries. you would then be responsible for routing calls to proper authorities such as police, fire department, electricians, etc.

experience:

previous dispatch experience with police, fire, rescue or 911 - required

experience using dice matrix software, or any other alarm monitoring software - required

demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, accurately and professionally, both verbally and in writing

proven ability to prioritize competing demands

 

education:

high school diploma or equivalent

 

schedule:

monday thru friday, 8:00pm, to 4:30am est

monday thru friday, 9:00pm to 5:30am est

monday thru friday, 10:00pm to 6:30am est

 

pay: $20.74 per hour
