my client is looking for a training supervisor to assist their production associate training team. this position will report to the training manager, and team members in their primary operating location in delphi, in.

 

what aare the key accountabilities of the role?

conduct training needs analysis for various part of our operations.

develop and deliver training product, systems, processes, and on-the-job curriculum to manufacturing employees and subject matter experts.

present baseline technical information in addition to appropriate skills needed to support manufacturing.

leverage feedback from internal and external stakeholders and metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement for new hire orientation and on the job training.

partner with appropriate leadership to implement changes and provides feedback to leadership team on impact..

collect and analyze training data, report findings to key stakeholders in the organization.

provide feedback on improvement opportunities for training, including developing a project plan.

you should have:

bachelor's degree in organizational leadership, management, coaching, business, or development

excellent presentation and group facilitation skills is a must (in person and virtually).

must have knowledge and understanding of adult learning and how to adapt to an operations-based audience.

ideally, you also:

speak languages other than english. spanish, french, and haitian creole are great skills to have.

must follow safety policies and practices, and wear required personal protective equipment (ppe).

must be able to work in hot, cold, wet, and humid environments on a variety of shifts.

be available to work overtime, including weekends.
