nail technician/beauty therapist with at least 1 to 2 years experience in gel manicure/pedicure/ gel extensions, nail art and waxing, who is friendly, has good attention to detail, can carry out nail and* waxing *treatments within the allocated time and is a team player. on top of high quality nail treatments, we’re looking for someone to help contribute to creating a social and vibrant atmosphere.

duties as a nail technician/beauty therapist

to carry out manicure/ pedicure/nail art using regular and gel polish within an allocated time. the candidate must be able to carry out all forms of waxing too (experience in intimate waxing is a must} using hard and soft wax.
must be able to give aftercare advise to the clients ( this is a must)
knowledge of proper treatment methods to ensure that no harm comes to client
safety, sterilisation, sanitation and hygiene procedures
keeping the salon clean and tidy between treatment
must follow the company guidelines
ideal candidate must be able to carry out mani/pedi and waxing.

what we want from you

1 year plus salon experience or worked in a similar environment.
enthusiasm and a willingness to grow with us
minimum nvq level 2/3 or equivalent ( the certificate must be accredited) is required
have a passion for nail art
a creative flair
be able to deliver great customer service
punctuality is a must
good personal presentation
self motivated
working during the weekends and shifts up to 8pm on thursdays and saturdays
self employment can be discussed during the interview.
overtime may be required during busy hours
