Customer service representative - united states, asheville

adecco is hiring for a customer service representative at one of our customers in asheville, nc area!! this is a monday-friday position with a start rate of $15.50 per hour.

 

duties –

provide high level of customer service to existing and new customer base by managing customer accounts.

provide customers with order status and problem delivery issues in a timely manner.

work with finance on cash in advance issues, credit limit issues and commissions.

work with order management to get delivery dates and container layouts.

assists in revolving issues concerning sales orders, and commercial invoice discrepancies.

effectively communicate and exchange information among team members and other personnel, channel partners and customers.

 

education & experience –

ged or hs diploma required

3-5 years customer service experience preferred.
