head chef: we are looking for someone who is familiar with the italian cuisine, able to run the kitchen in a smooth manner from preparation to presentation, used to working in a fast paced restaurant and able to work under pressure and as part of a team.

good level of english language

great attention to detail

great communication skills

ability to work well as part of a team and under pressure
