Recruitment lead - united kingdom, tadworth, surrey

an exciting opportunity has arisen for a recruitment lead to join our people team. this role will require the successful candidate to support both the recruitment & compliance manager and director of people & culture, in ensuring that the organisation's recruitment strategy is both innovative and effective in attracting, recruiting and retaining high-quality, talented individuals whilst also looking to continuously improve both our recruitment and compliance procedures. this role will primarily recruit for our professional support or non-clinical roles, including finance, fundraising & communications, facilities, people, housekeeping as well as lead on recruitment for our non-maintained school on-site and our charity shops across surrey and kent.

with a passion for building effective stakeholder relationships, as well as an eye for detail, you will implement creative and proactive "in-house" recruitment methods, to ensure vacancies are recruited in a time efficient and effective manner, whilst supporting our managers throughout the children's trust recruitment process and also playing an important role in ensuring that we adhere to relevant recruitment and regulatory requirements, and subsequently contribute to our overall ofsted care and cqc ratings.

the ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or possess demonstrable, equivalent professional recruitment experience (a minimum of 3 years), particularly within an 'in-house' setting being confident in designing, facilitating, and evaluating effective recruitment initiatives. considerable experience of advising managers on operational recruitment issues and of working in challenging, operational environments, with changing and competing priorities is essential for this role. you will have exceptional customer service skills, a proven team player and management experience and have the ability to influence positive change and decision making.

this role involves hybrid working, with a minimum requirement of 2 days working in the offices at tadworth court, surrey.
