we are recruiting for a live-in, hindi speaking housekeeper for a private residence in haslemere, surrey.
the property is very large and contemporary and so will require an energetic individual who is used to working within a modern house and within a fully staffed property previously. your duties will include all the usual cleaning and laundry along with cooking of the light healthy meals mostly for their son. the family would like their housekeeper to drive so that they may carry out errands and shopping etc if needed.
the accommodation consists of one bedroom, sitting room and bathroom in the annexe attached the house with a separate entrance.
the days of work will be 5 days per week though as the family spend much of their time in london during the week, they would like a housekeeper who is flexible to work over the weekends whilst they are in residence and to take time off in the week.
they are a very kind and warm family who are looking for a long-term addition to their team.

duties:
maintaining the household interiors
ensure the smooth running, general upkeep and maintenance of the household
laundry, ironing, and wardrobe management
travel preparation and assisting with packing
assisting with cooking or meal preparation as required
assisting the nanny with the care of the children
occasional school drop off/collections
reporting any maintenance issues
grocery shopping
running errands
to be considered for this role you must;
be eligible to work within the uk
possess (or be willing to get) an up-to-date dbs check
have excellent contactable references
have a clean driver’s licence
have a valid passport and be able to travel
have 5+ years of experience working as a housekeeper within a private household
have excellent contactable references
