the pine marten is a busy wee bar, restaurant with some holiday accommodation, a wee shop and a ski/bike hire too! we are located in the cairngorm national park surrounded by woodlands and mountains.
we are looking for a time served chef to run our kitchen. this involves all aspects of cleanliness, food preparation, menu management and ordering. the rate of pay is £15 an hour.
the accommodation we can provide is suited to a couple. this creates another position for either another chef or a bar/front of house position. the rate of pay for the second position would be dependent on experience.
any level of experience will be considered! our location is 8 miles away from aviemore next to loch morlich and under cairngorm mountain making a drivers license and access to a vehicle a bonus while not essential.
