rogart street campus is a busy arts venue and office building located within broad street business complex in the east end of glasgow. with over 200 businesses / 1,000 people within the complex, it is well served by passing footfall and centrally located within the busy east end quarter of the regenerated clyde gateway area close to duke street, london road and gallowgate. bridgeton alone has over 15,000 residents.
the café is located on the ground floor of rogart street campus, off of the main reception area and is also utilised as an exhibition space with exhibitions booked throughout the year (nb. exhibitions are on the walls only).
the café is fitted out to an excellent standard with catering equipment, tables etc. set within a bright environment allowing for approximately 60 covers. we would be happy to work alongside the right person to create an individual image.
we are looking for a creative, ambitious cook / chef wishing with experience to work on this joint venture providing catering for the occupants of broad street business complex, surrounding businesses, schools etc, but who will also invest time and energy into creating a popular and desirable eatery. with the population of bridgeton alone, it would present the ideal opportunity for an italian deli / pizza restaurant and delivery service.
