we are looking for a part-time pa to join the team of an inspirational uhnw client of ours as they embark upon setting up a family foundation to support aspiring artists.
amongst traditional pa duties, the role will involve various projects such as curating charity events for artists. it will require a candidate who has strong experience in not only logistically putting together events but also in budgeting and creating and spreadsheets etc.
the role is 2 – 3 days per week based from little venice and will best suit a french speak though this is not a deal breaker!
duties and responsibilities
project management
arranging events from conception to on site direction
budgeting, forecasting and managing spreadsheets
traditional private pa duties to include general administration
to be considered for this role you must;
have 5+ years of experience working as a private pa
have excellent contactable references
be eligible to work within the uk
have a valid passport
