live in gardener handyman and domestic cleaner required. gardener should have knowledge of using petrol driven mowers and streamers and other machinery. painting and decorating skills necessary. swimming pool maintenance (training will be given). all aspects of garden and property maintenance will be required. cleaning duties to include all domestic cleaning, laundry, ironing and bed making. applicants should have a clean driving licence, be reliable and hardworking, references required. applicants from ukraine are most welcome to apply for this position. you will be required to work the following hours, 5 days a week, monday to thursday for the gardening and property maintenance 8 - 4, friday 8-2. cleaner will work 3 days - 24 hours per week. you are provided with a beautiful apartment, own kitchen, sitting room with dining area, double bedroom and large bathroom. food is not provided. please send your cv together with any relevant references to the email below. a small dog may be permitted.
