shelleys bakery needs an exuberant, charismatic, bubbly, enthusiastic and outgoing person to ensure all of our wonderful customers enjoy a great experience whilst visiting our bakery. this is initially a part time role although could easily become full time if required! you will need to be honest, positive, hard working and able to “front” our shop bakery during the hours you work. these will be approximately 8.30/9am to 1.30/2pm tuesday to friday (including an unpaid meal break), with hopefully every other saturday by agreement. we are a very diverse and unique business offering both traditional and speciality products. therefore you will need to be passionate about what we do and be insistent that all our customers enjoy a good experience. the ability to adapt, learn quickly, work well under pressure, lead by example and ensure all of the necessary business controls are present during your working hours. approximately 25-30 hours per, week with holiday pay, bonuses, incentives and discounts! terms/days/hours are negotiable for the right person. this could be a career path....
