about the role
the senior sous chef will strengthen the current kitchen team by assisting in all aspects of the kitchen. the ideal candidate would have a real passion for fresh food, have good kitchen management skills, ability to cook in a fast paced kitchen environment along with good knowledge and experience gained in a similar position. the restaruant will be open for breakfast and lunch offering delicious local modern dishes as well as opening for supplier evening dinners and foodie events which will be based around fine dining.
