we are currently looking to recruit an experienced food and beverage manager for this luxury hotel. this is a senior management role to oversee the food and beverage operation which includes an award winning 2 rosette restaurant, stylish brasserie, bars, lounge & terrace plus multiple conference & banqueting suits. you will need a proven track record in leading a large team of department managers and wider with respect and operational understanding. you will need a passion for food & beverage, and with the general manager and executive chef help develop the f&b service and offering to ensure the hotel delivers a distinctly memorable experience to their guests.

a hotel & country club situated in forest row, one of the most sought-after country hotels in sussex. the hotel has a beautiful spa. the dining offering includes a 2 aa rosettes, 90 cover restaurant, a 60 cover brassiere, a busy lounges & terrace, room service and extensive event spaces catering for up to 600 covers over a busy weekend.

the ideal food and beverage manager will have the following:
