senior sous chef

we are currently looking to recruit an experienced senior sous chef to join this established and welcoming team at this luxury hotel. as senior sous chef you will have a track record and passion for food, service, kitchen management and experience in catering for a busy private events department. this is a hands on role and therefore will be an active part of the hotel operation with the ability to lead by example and a desire to recruit, train and develop the kitchen team as and when opportunities arise.

a hotel & country club situated in forest row, one of the most sought-after country hotels in sussex. the hotel has a beautiful spa. the dining offering includes a 2 aa rosettes, 90 cover restaurant, a 60 cover brassiere, a busy lounges & terrace, room service and extensive event spaces catering for up to 600 covers over a busy weekend.

the ideal senior sous chef will have the following:
