based on the dorset/somerset border, the queen's arms an award winning pub. we are looking to grow our team of chefs and have a vacancy for a chef-de-partie/commis chef who is looking to develop their skills under a team who have a wealth of experience. we can offer on site accommodation for the right candidate.

the pub has recently come under new ownership and has been completely refurbished to the highest level, it has been open for just 10 month a has already won taste of the west gold for its food and service. the pub has ten bedrooms, and is set in the beautiful village of corton denham, just three miles from the market town of sherborne which has a direct train to london. we are looking for an enthusiastic foodie who is willing to be part of team at an exiting time as the pub grows in reputation.

full time employee perks include:christmas bonus /after 6 months service - meal for two in the pub/after 1 year service – night’s stay in the pub and meal for two/after 2 year service - meal for two in a michelin star restaurant (or agreed place of choice).

chef de partie/commis chef role available £23-27k per annum, accommodation on site 5 days a week with 2 days off branded whites supplied and a free chef’s knife.
