archie’s is a buzzy neighborhood cafe, bar and event space in archway. we serve up killer coffee, brunch and lunch seven days a week. our passion for food, design and music is reflected in our seasonal, quality ingredients; colourful, plant-filled interiors and lovingly-curated playlists. we are popular with local customers and have been nominated for ‘london’s favourite cafe’ in the time out love local awards 2021.

we're looking for a head barista to assist managing our amazing team. we want someone with a good work ethic, positive energy and a desire to have a real impact on where they work. if that sounds like you then read on and apply.

head barista main duties include:

providing high quality and consistent coffee to guests
assist the cafe manager develop the drinks offering including non-alcoholic cocktails
team coffee training

coffee machine and grinder maintenance training
receiving and organising deliveries, flagging any discrepancies and inputting invoices

£11 - £13 an hour
