Medical workforce scheduler - united states, woonsocket

adecco staffing is sourcing a remote medical workforce manager for experienced people who live in the eastern time zone.

 

responsibilities include:

ensure all retail health clinics in a geographical region are staffed completely while minimizing overtime and maximizing the combination of clinical and non-clinical hours

scheduling and coordinating the work schedules of providers and ancillary staff using a scheduling tool or related software

placing providers and ancillary staff in open shifts caused by pto, sick days, disability leave, etc.

prepares reports for market leadership and monthly financial trend reports

 

requirements include:

high school diploma or ged

previous scheduling in a medical environment

ability to prioritize, organize, and use critical thinking skills under pressure

strong oral and written communication skills

must be located in the eastern time zone, or central time zone if willing to work eastern hours

 

schedule:

must be flexible with work schedule and available to work monday through friday, and weekends

plan on 2 weekends every 6 weeks

need to be able to work as early as 6am to as late as 10pm (or later) throughout the week and weekends

 

pay:

$19.70 per hour
