customer service associate i - mail operations

hours of operation: 35 to 40 hour work week between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

primary job duties:

mail 1 primary location with ability to provide coverage support for local site inbound and outbound mail daily following compliance procedures as incoming mail ensuring proof of delivery on all outbound and imaging material from floor drop-off locations several times overnight pouch shipments to destination proper shipping by completing quality assurance on all and deliver outgoing usps material to drop-off locations as postage meter machine and replenish postage as email and respond to inquiries as soon as possible and within 2 business inbound and outbound mail, as needed, escalating unresolved returned mail by way of scanning, logging and upload to spreadsheet or sharepoint process and ensure delivery of critical, high dollar bank logs, metrics and reporting documentation for all salt lake city client service level agreements are to complete tasks without onsite manager to make decisions, communicate current events and escalate incidents to manager appropriately

supply office, courier and paper supply programs taking inventory and noting replenishment and maintain appropriate par levels and ensure office, courier and paper supplies remain envelope and courier supply inventory and order from fedex, ups, dhl and us postal service as to accurately place large, high dollar, office supply orders through staples via variances and changes in supply programs as needed

special in special projects as requested by to work overtime and weekends, as needed and on short notice, to meet client needs

additional flexibility in satisfying customer highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude at all understand and adhere to business procedure guidelines at all direction from supervisor or site manager as in cross training of responsibilities as and adhere to all safety school diploma or equivalent (ged) to pass a pre-employment check which includes work history verification, criminal, credit checks, and drug experience verbal and written communication of 6th months customer service related experience a friendly and pleasant demeanor and ability to work effectively in both an independent or team and windows environment pc rounded in microsoft to present self in a clean, confident, professional manner and be outgoing, self-motivated, reliable and responsible.
