this lovely family require a very experienced domestic couple who are proactive and hands on with previous private household experience that between them have a range of skills to include and not be limited to:
childcare / housekeeping:
* childcare for 3 young children (mixture of sole charge and shared care) it is essential that you have baby experience.
* housekeeping; laundry, ironing and fabric care
* some cooking
* supermarket shopping and product rotation
* local errands, odd jobs
maintenance / gardening:
* garden / paddocks and grounds maintenance
* inside and outside maintenance
* some entertaining the children outside after school
* some driving duties, car valeting
* animal care
* security of the property and grounds
* occasional support if the family entertain
the ideal candidates will be team players and flexible to meet the family’s needs, have a positive and helpful disposition and want longevity in a position.
the core days and hours required for her are monday to friday from 07.30am to 6.30pm ad hoc evening babysitting may also be required (maximum 1 per week). days and hours required for him are monday to friday with 1 / 2 days spent at the family property with a further 3 / 4 days offered to assist with maintenance work via clients businesses. happy if you want to follow your own career for the 3 / 4 days per week.
flexibility is essential as there may be times that the start / end time varies. occasional weekend work may be required.
the start date is asap. however the family are prepared to wait for the ideal candidates.
an attractive salary is offered dependent on experience.
both candidates need to be confident car drivers. a car will be provided for business use.
live in accommodation is a 1 bedroom annex and has a kitchen, 2 sitting rooms, bedroom and bathroom, all bills are included. a small dog might be considered.
you are required to have an enhanced dbs on the update service and a valid paediatric first aid certificate.
