candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for welding operator jobs:

6+ months experience in mig welding, tig or stick welding

must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

solid work history (working one job for a year or more).

must be able to stand or walk throughout an entire 8+ hour shift

must be able to lift 45-50lbs

squat, bend and reach throughout 8+ hour shift

must be able to work overtime when needed
