Maintenance coordinator - united states, woonsocket

are you looking for a maintenance coordinator position in the woonsocket, rhode island area?

if so, then look no further! our client is looking for a remote maintenance coordinator (with a chance it will go on-site or will have to occasionally visit the office).

the maintenance coordinator will administer refrigeration/hvac service calls and equipment maintenance orders for our clients’ properties, and will be solely responsible for managing service requests, work order follow up with vendors & store employees, processing proposals, processing invoices, and more.

requirements include:

5+ years of relevant work experience

facility or property management experience

verifiable high school diploma or ged

work schedule:

monday through friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

 

pay:

$25.93 per hour
