the following are jobs throughout the year and obviously change with the seasons. a positive can-do attitude is a must.

· daily feeding/water animals and muck out the pens and paddock (cats, chickens, dogs)

· bring in firewood to house and barn

· empty bins and keep skip area tidy

· creosoting furniture, fences and buildings

· occasional external painting, window frames etc.

· checking retic is working and hand watering new plants if needed

· hand weeding circle

· weed spraying circle

· strimming circle

· hand, ride on mower and tractor mowing circles

· hand hedging and machine hedging circles

· gutter clearing circle

· leaves and stick blowing and raking circles

· path and tennis court sweeping circle

· external horse truck and car washing and emptying toilet truck tanks after shows

· garden machine maintenance for machines he uses ; before use eg. grease the points and check oil, water and clean properly after use and hose off

· swimming pool cleaning and maintenance

· topping up pea-shingle

· handyman experience is a bonus

· other estate jobs which crop up

job types: full-time, permanent

salary: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
