we are seeking a building maintenance/custodian for our client in knoxville tn. do you have experience with this type of work? read the description below and hit apply now if you feel like this is the position for you!
building maintenance /custodian will be responsible for cleaning buildings, removing debris, and keeping areas neat and tidy. will be responsible to help maintain the facility, fixing building repairs, walls, painting, etc. vacuums and buffs floors, shampoos carpets, empties trash receptacles, replaces lining of trash cans, and various additional housekeeping duties as assigned, general custodian duties. will be responsible for assisting with building repairs, painting, etc. must be physically able and handy to assist with basic repairs, and experience using basic tools.
1 shift will be mornings 7a - 4p or 6a - 3p and 2nd shift will be 12p - 9p
pay is $16/hr for 1st shift and $17.60 for 2nd shift
