part time showroom assistant
due to impending retirement of long serviing member of staff a motivated and enthusiastic person is required for our super window blind showroom at hospital hill in dunfermline.
the successful candidate will, after a period of training, be expected to cover(share) the opening hours of the showroom over 6 full days monday to saturday
expected hours would be 20-26 per week and are negotiable to suit with a certain amount of flexibility
the main duties of the position will be greeting customers,allowing them to browse,advising on products,booking estimates and liaison with head office in glenrothes.
customer service experience would be an advantage
a basic knowledge of computers(including emails) would be essential
initially training in our products would be essential at our glenrothes head office where arrangements can be made for transportation if necessary (or reimbursement of costs)
