Personal assistant - united kingdom, turriff, aberdeenshire

engagement required: full time, 40 hrs a week (3-5 days per week (mon-sat, flexibility of times/days would be needed at times)

salary/benefits: circa £25,000.00 – £30,000.00 per annum, mileage allowance, paid annual leave, medical health check (after 1 year)

location: turriff (in the countryside)

position – private personal assistant

the purpose of this role is to aid a busy professional working mum & her family.

duties and responsibilities would include, but are not limited to, the following:

support in the household:

running household errands

arranging house repairs & maintenance

accompanying guests / family members / children to scheduled events or outings

dropping off / collecting child from school / after school activities

grocery shopping & meal preparation

wardrobe organisation

shopping (gifts, household goods, clothes, etc)

light housekeeping / garden care / pet care

administrative support:

calendar management

scheduling appointments & meetings for the family members

travel – itineraries, passports & visa’s, booking trips/holidays

household purchases / returns and credit card / account reconciliations

assisting with event planning when required

the following key attributes are desired:

a cheerful, friendly individual who is calm, flexible, honest and reliable.
private pa experience preferred, but not essential.
strong multitasking ability and comfortable managing a variety of demands.
happy to be hands on and assist with whatever is required.
exceptionally organised, methodical with meticulous attention to details.
uk driving licence with own car.
being proactive and using your initiative.
an excellent understanding of discretion and confidentiality.
must like active 8-year-olds, dogs, chickens & have a good sense of humour!
