kiss the koala in crouch end, north london is looking for new team members. the brunch restaurant is situated in an affluent part of north london and is a hub for the community serving a beautiful, varied aussie inspired brunch menu.

daytime shifts only - no evenings

duties include but are not exclusive to:

keep all kitchen work surfaces (counters, sinks, stoves, walls) clean and sanitised
sweep and mop floors at end of shifts
be ready to clean up spills to avoid hindering operations
wash cookware, utensils and cutlery fast to keep them in rotation
arrange equipment and ingredient deliveries
keep the food and supply storage areas organised
take out the rubbish and keep bins and bin storage areas clean
help with routine food prep tasks (such as peeling and chopping vegetables) when needed
assist cooks throughout the service
look after cold food section

applicants do not necessarily need experience for this role, however they should have a good work ethic and be hardworking.

this could be a good way for someone who has a real passion and interest in the kitchen to learn and progress within a kitchen environment. there is job progression available for the right candidate.

candidates must be well presented and punctual.
