Front of house team member - united kingdom, liverpool street, london

we are looking for a front of house team member for our casual lunch-only restaurant, located approximately 3 minutes from liverpool street station.

our kitchen working hours are from 11-30am – 15.00pm monday to friday – weekends are always free.

we are an independently run restaurant based in aldgate/liverpool street. our concept is primarily focused on whole grains and healthy-eating with a globally-inspired menu. everything is made in-house and from scratch, daily; we take a lot of pride in the freshness and quality of ingredients, and always seek to present them in the highest standard to our customers.

the role:

we are looking for a front of house team member who can work a fixed rota, averaging between 20-24 hours per week.

you will need to have the ability to work & communicate under pressure and maintain a calm and polite disposition during the busy service periods. your role will involve taking customers’ orders (at the counter, there is no table service) or over the phone and processing payments.

what you need to have:

previous experience in a similar role
strong command of the english language
polite manners
good personality/ positive attitude
