we are looking for a 2 wheels account coordinator for our ovl (overland) entity based in hinckley.

mission and brief of duties organization of transport to effectively meet our customers' requirements. optimizing efficiency for our customer through organized dynamic planning and continually maintaining and improving operational standards.

providing the vital link between our customer & our customers international and uk deliveries.

the 2 wheel account coordinator will :

working closely with our customer on site to organize outbound vehicles to international and uk hub efficient operational organization of transport to the daily volume fluctuations ensuring the audit trail of shipments from handover, marshalling, loading, through to departure is transparent and monitored through to completion. creation of transport reporting for loads out, cradle management, scandinavia shipments costings organizing special delivery at customers' requests and quoting adhoc professional analysis of client needs - understand, analyze and record clearly, all the necessary criteria and requirements of the client and provide advice and recommend, implement and execute solutions respond to customer enquiries, claims and requests using the most appropriate communication method. tailors language and behavior to different correspondents whilst reflecting company values in your conduct. supporting uk and international enquires through happy fox cradle management ensuring the accurate record of cradles per country is recorded for end of month financial reporting creating and managing kpis database, providing corrective and preventative actions in an environment of continuous improvement accurately updating daily reporting to support financial p&l enforcement of legislation - enforces the current rules and regulations in his area of activity ad-hoc duties as and when required from time to time by your line manager our successful candidate will ideally have the following skills customer-centric solution-oriented strong communication skills thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment agile and flexible strong organization and prioritizing skills has a good knowledge ms office (especially excel) useful information what gefco will offer you?
